Billing and Online Payments

Who do I contact regarding billing?

We do offer net 30 billing terms to those who qualify. Inquiries on obtaining billing terms can be discussed with our sales representative during the quoting and ordering process. Past due invoices and payment on orders can contact our accounts payable department through our phone system; 800-231-0989 or by emailing our sales@roll-tickets.com.

When will I be charged for my order?

Online orders using credit card payment will process immediately and will generally clear with your account within 1-2 days. Phone orders and custom orders will clear when payment is requested from your sales representative. In certain situations, we may request payment upfront before any process can begin, however with many of our products we are happy to begin proofing and discussing options ahead of time.

Can I pay with a check?

Absolutely! Online orders can be printed out and mailed in with a check. Sales representatives during a phone order can email or fax an invoice as well. For customers who do not have billing terms, check payment must be received before shipping takes place.

What credit cards do you accept for online orders?

We accept all 4 major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

What information is needed for online credit card payments?

For security purposes, we request the full billing information for your credit card. To prevent fraudulent action we request the full name, street address, zip code as well as the CCV number from your credit card.

Is your website secure for online payments?

Our full website uses the HTTPS secure socket layer to help keep your data safe. Our credit card processing happens on a secure server and our domain is COMODO secure.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does the production and shipping process take?

Most small orders of less than 20 rolls are printed and shipped in just 3-4 days!

Do holidays affect shipping?

Yes, holidays will affect both production and shipping. If you have any worries or specific questions about your order feel free to call one of our sales representatives to ask about production and shipping times.

I’m in a hurry, can I get a rush order?

Absolutely! We are often able to accommodate small emergency rush orders in only 1-2 days. Rush production fees and shipping will apply based on order size and delivery location. Contact a customer service representative for more information.

Where can I Track my order?

Shipment tracking information is emailed upon order completion and shipment release. Tracking information can take up to 24hrs to update depending on when the order is completed and when shipment pickup occurs.

How do I order?

Online ordering is very easy! Choose your ticket type. Design your tickets. Add them to your cart and checkout! Your designs are private and secure and you can log in to view them or reorder in the future!

How do I customize my ticket?

Our online ticket designer is the easiest most economical way for you to design your own ticket. We have a great tutorial video and a list of helpful hints and tricks you can view here: : Helpful Tips / Video Link : Of course for some, the best way to learn is just by doing! Go ahead! You can begin your design immediately with no obligation to purchase or checkout. Don’t like it? Start over or choose something different!

What do I do once it’s done?

Once your design is done, simply add it to your cart! If you want to make additional designs or variations, make your adjustments and select add to cart again! Making multiple color changes or variations is very easy!

I am concerned about the environment. What do you do to make sure my project is Green?

We takes numerous steps to minimize our impact on the environment. We only choose paper manufacturers who actively take steps towards environmental conservation. Our digital press inks are environmentally friendly and are even approved by the FDA for direct contact with food products. Last year our entire building was converted to high efficiency LED lighting and HVAC rooftop units.

If our online DIY options don’t quite cut it, give us a call or email us! Our sales team and graphics department can help get your tickets designed exactly how you need them.
